Real estate has always been part of my DNA, as has this beautiful city. Having spent most of my life in Victoria, I know the communities, neighbourhoods, and lifestyle that make Southern Vancouver Island such a special place to call home.

With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I've had the privilege of working with individuals, private organizations, and government on the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, acquisition, and management of both residential and commercial properties. That experience provides my clients with a depth of knowledge, strategic insight, and strong negotiation skills that help them make confident, informed decisions.

While experience matters, it's the relationships I build with my clients that I value most.

Having experienced firsthand how unexpectedly life can change, I understand that a home represents far more than bricks and mortar—it holds our memories, our milestones, and the people we love. That perspective has given me an even deeper appreciation for the trust my clients place in me and has shaped the compassionate, client-focused approach I bring to every relationship.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Victoria and am licensed in both Real Estate and Property Management. Since receiving Pemberton Holmes' Top New Realtor® Sales Award in 2008, I've been honoured to receive Victoria Real Estate Board MLS® Awards in most years of my real estate career.
